Membership information and all information collected through The Tennessee Jazz and Blues Society website is used solely for purposes related to the operation of the Society and is not shared with any third party or other organization.
The Society asks you to register for the site in order to reach as many members and other supporters as possible through our email newsletters. Registration allows you the opportunity to receive the e-newsletter. You are not required to receive the e-newsletter, however, and you may opt-out at any time. No registration information, including your email address, is shared with any third parties for any reason.
Our email list is maintained as a service to members and to promote events of interest to the jazz and blues community. The email list is not shared with any other group or organization. Our e-newsletter includes TJBS events as well as the events of other artists and groups in the community.
These may include selected events which our members and supporters wish to promote. The Society respects the time and trust of its members, and endeavors to keep such email communications within reasonable bounds. Under normal circumstances, an e-newsletter will arrive 1-2 times per month. Only in special circumstances or for very important and time-sensitive information will more frequent emails be sent.
OTHER PRIVACY-RELATED INFORMATION:

A cookie file can contain information such as a user ID. However, the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself.
