If you returned a Directory Update Sheet containing a primary e-mail address, you will soon be getting an e-mail telling you your permanent user name and temporary password (which should be changed the first time you login).  If you have not supplied an e-mail address, please do so now by sending e-mail to Steve Wood at sfwood@bakerdonelson.com.  You will then get your login information back by e-mail to that address.  Likewise, if you need a Directory Update Sheet, just drop an e-mail to that address.

Please be assured that e-mail addresses will not show up on your directory listing unless you so requested (remember that the directory is password protected) and will be used only to send notices relevant to Otter Wood owners.  Even if you do not plan to use the web site, we need you e-mail address(es) for general communication purposes.
