URGENT: Carbon Monoxide and Fire Alarm Requirements-Phase 3
Phase 3 inspections for Carbon Monoxide and Smoke alarms: It is imperative homeowners understand how important their cooperation is to the entire project. There is one building permit encompassing all of Phase 3 and if even one person doesn't cooperate it affects all other homes. Failure to comply will create an open building permit which could hold up anyone selling or buying a home in Phase 3. This is a State law and there is no wiggle room. Everyone must have their alarms physically checked and the city will only do 10 per day so this is a 6 day project. Doors will be painted at the same time.  Read More...
